A little more about the poem- growing up in the eighties and nineties, almost every London Underground platform had a small chocolate vending machine on it. Whilst negotiating the busy tube on family day trips, my parents would always shout through the noise and hubbub “If we get separated, wait at the chocolate machine!” I mean, with hindsight, it wasn’t the most robust of plans but hey, this was the nineties!
